1 Eligibility Requirements

  • Technical issues preventing platform access must be reported within 7 days
  • Unused portions of annual subscriptions may qualify for pro-rated refunds

3 Payment Method Considerations

Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method:

  • International transfers: 10-15 business days depending on banking relationships
  • Digital wallet refunds: 3-5 business days for most providers

We cannot expedite refund processing times as they depend on your financial institution's policies. If a refund doesn't appear within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider first.

Learning program refunds for courses starting after August 2025 must be requested before the program's official start date to qualify for full refund consideration.
4 Partial Refunds and Credits

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds or account credits as alternative solutions:

  • Pro-rated refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term
  • Account credits for technical issues that significantly impacted service quality
  • Reduced refund amounts for services partially utilized before cancellation
  • Course transfer credits for learning programs when changing enrollment dates

Partial refunds are calculated based on unused service time and may be subject to administrative fees in some cases. Account credits typically have a 12-month expiration period from the date of issuance.

5 Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise requiring special consideration:

  • Medical emergencies preventing course participation may qualify for extended refund periods
  • Military deployment or job relocation circumstances receive case-by-case review
  • Technical incompatibility issues discovered after purchase may warrant exception handling
  • Duplicate purchases made in error are eligible for immediate refund processing
